The Embassy of Japan decided to introduce the new “Visa Center””, which is going to start from April 2025.
“This is to further enhance the efficiency and maintain the quality of the visa examination process, as well as to continue strengthening our robust people-to-people exchanges.”
From 7th April 2025, the Embassy will start the Visa Center operated by the VFS Service Philippines Private, Inc. as service provider.
To ensure a smooth transition to the Visa Center, the previous Accredited Agencies may continue to submit directly to the Embassy the visa application documents they have received prior to the start of the Visa Center, particularly until 6th April 2025.
